Exchange & Returns

According to Finnish consumer protection laws all online orders have 14 days return or exchange right. All items returned must be unused, unwashed and in original packing. All tags must be intact. The original packaging must also be in the same condition as it was when received. The right for return starts from when the customer receives the postal package.

NOTE: We don’t accept returns for bikinis, swimwear or corsets due to hygienic reasons.

Customer returns within Finland

After contacting our customer service you can return the goods via Finnish postal service (Posti) “asiakaspalautus”. Please attach the original receipt or a copy of it. Also add contacts for refund. In orders within Finland, we give a full refund for goods and costs for delivery. Refund will be issued to the same payment method the original transaction was made with after the goods have been returned to our stock in due order.

Customer returns from rest of the world

For customer returns from other countries than Finland, please email us to and give us detailed information about your request: order number (please see order receipt), item(s) in question and reason for your exchange or return. We will then send you an email with a return label and instructions on where to drop off the package. If you choose to send the item(s) back to us at your own cost, you won’t be refunded for the shipping costs.

The cost of the goods except the initial delivery cost is refunded when we receive the returned goods in due condition. Refund will be issued to the same payment method the original transaction was made with. If you have received an incorrect or defective item we will pay the return shipping cost.
